Adobe Acrobat 9 pro

hey guys i have adobe acrobat 9 pro and i'm trying to figure out how to make forms filliable. what i mean is like for job applications. it looks so much neater to be able to type in the fields i want, but some of the applications i fill out are not filliable. I have used the typewriter feature but it still makes it hard to make it neat. anyone know how to do this? i've googled with no results.

at the top there should be a tab that says FORM click that and start the form wizard. from there is should populate the fields, sometimes you will get lucky and will fill the whole thing out, other times you need to add. right click and add a text field and edit to the size you want.
