What worst car have you bought ever?
Hi to all,
I bought this one. Just look at this.

‘It’s a fun-size Audi TT! Only without the fun! In fact it was dreadful to drive – utterly gutless. But the worst thing was you felt such a prat driving it. When I went to drive it, I really did feel like Noddy and Big Ears.

My first car. Fiesta XR2, was a great car but the most unreliable i have ever had. I must have spent as much rebuilding welding and fixing it than i did buy it. 3weeks after selling it the engine popped. The only other car i regret buying was a 2007 saab 93. again nice car, but just far too sensible for me.
When my daughter was in college, I bought her a 1986 Nissan Pulsar. What a piece of junk!

I don't think that I have ever had a bad car but the only one that I can think that comes close is an 83 Oldsmobile Cutlass Brougham that my grandfather gave me. It had the 305 with a 4 barrel Quadra Junk and the throttle stuck in traffic and almost killed me.
My worst car was my first. 1971 Mercury Comet. I think it was more of a maintenance issue, than it being a total piece of crap though. I bought it 12 years old in 1983 from a guy who's only luck at the time was finding a kid with no car knowledge and $300.00 to spend. The Bendix Drive on the starter kept fouling. Other than that, it ran like a top.
I've never had a lemon, and since the Comet, haven't bought anything cheap.

That would make a nice custom trike.

I would not mind seeing it cut up, but never want to see it rolling again, even in trike form.
That thing broke down a few times, but I am thankful that it was always in Austin and never on the highway. My daugter would drive from Fort Worth to Austin at night and it never broke on the highway. That was before cell phones too. We put three altenators on it plus she rear ended a big Ford Galaxy. Not a scratch on the Galaxy, but tore up the front end of the Pulsar. I thought I was going to use a come-a -long and a tree to pull out the radiator support that was pused back to the engine. Couldn't get a chain through the gap, so just grabbed it and pulled. Almost pulled it out too far!

I was a real glutton for punishment -- I had (3) different variations of this same car (1975 Chevy Vega, 1976 Pontiac Astre, 1977 Chevy Monza) and all three of them were piles of crap -- especially the '77 Monza! They went through water pumps so often that to this day I swear I could change one out in the dark!
They were all manufactured at the Lordstown, OH assembly plant, and oddly enough, so was my wife's old 1997 Pontiac Sunfire, which was also a piece of crap! Hey -- if you can say anything about those GM's, at least they're consistent......

This was my first car that I bought myself for $500. It was ballin'.
I'm 6'5" and had to drive this around. I felt like I could reach out and touch the ground while driving. It wasn't a bad car (taught me to drive a stick) but was the worst I've bought (out of three).
1991 Mazda 323 Hatchback (mine was white)

My worst was also my first. Because of it, I have banned the Chrysler name from my driveway for life. It was an '86 Charger 2.2. I bought it at less than 2 years old, and it was in the shop for repairs every month for almost 2 years.

I'd have to say my Taurus. my family's always had a Taurus and never gave us any problems. So I bought one thinkin it would be a good car. Well, it aint a bad car it's nice, just with 83,000 miles on it it shouldn't be makin all the noises it does.
Only pic I have of it

I had a 77 Olds Cutlass Calais. I use to work in a garge when I was a kid. When I changed oil in customers cars I would save the oil in milk jugs and put it in the trunk of my Olds. Then I'd fill her up every other day. She burned a little bit of oil
