There are some things in this world that just make ya shake yer head and say, "ya gotta be kiddin me"! This is one of them. The Saudis are seeing that there is a future decrease in the demand for oil and they are positioning themselves with the UN for financial assistance when oil is no longer in demand. The citizens in these oil rich countries in the middle east are some of the most ignorant people on the face of the earth. They are not responsible for any new technology gains, GDP growth, trade, service, ect. We even sent out engineers over there to teach/show them how to pump the oil out of the ground with our materials and science.
