Truck vs. Tree. Tree wins in round 1.

Well I was here for a while, then left, and now I'm back...with bad news.

That is pretty sad. The tree won all the way around!

Yeah Waiting for word from insurance company. 1 of the cars is totalled, the truck is most likely totalled, and the other is a 50/50 flip at this point. All the damage on the truck is just about impossible to repair, same with the fusion. Not sure at this point, but I'm already looking at new cars/trucks.

Man, sorry to see that. Of all the luck! All 3 cars lined up and destroyed buy that one tree. Guess that's what insurance is for.

glad i dont have much of anything to fall on my vehicles. the trees here are only 10 ft tall lol. i do have to watch for that sage tree occasionally, they are 8ft tall, 6 foot round, and will stop any motorcycle... lol

You said " tree Round one" Does that mean you're still in training?

Sorry I couldn't resist:o I had a tree fall on a brand new van one time. Big tree, that van looked like a banana.

For round two, just eat the canvas until someone throws in the towel.
Just a suggestion.

Oh man that sucks!

From what I understand if the roof structure is damaged then its not considered sound for safety so its a write off.

On the bright side looks like your shopping for a new truck!!

I hope your insurance covers "Acts of God", although usually they don't. I've seen this happen to neighbors several times and every time they have been left out in the cold.
