I know I am about to upset some people. But, what a waste of money and "Stupid." Someone who uses those horns are going to end up scaring someone and they're going to wreck. That, or a person with some health condition is going to get injured from the scare.

As, a sound like not is not expected to be heard on the road nor should it.

I hope you don't use them on the road.

Not trying to step on anyone's shoes hears, as I don't have any horns in my truck or really plans to. But I know plenty of semi drivers use train horns, or much louder than normal horn setups on their trucks. I have been scared to death a few time by family friends passing me with train horns on their semis. If semis are allowed to use them, i see no problem in allowing everyone else to?

Apparently you didn't read that entire post. Or maybe-- I say that lightly, you would of stupid seen a stupid mistake made by the stupid apartment management team. That, and the fact I am stupid handi-capped. Did I mention I am handi-capped and am able to do so? Maybe why it was thrown out. Just maybe.

Epic though-- way to get your feelings hurt that you had to actually do a search on my posts.

Good stupid try though.

When you see a semi truck however, you expect the noise or horn or warning system to be louder. When you pass one or are around one you always are on higher alert for them to avoid an accident. At least, most people I've riden with seem to pay more attention passing or being passed by a semi. Even when they are a few cars ahead or behind.

are you unaware of the purpose of a horn. horns are to alert other drivers that they are doing something wrong. so if someone is about to run into you or another car how could alerting them make them have the wreck, they were going to have one if you didn't alert them.
