Man sues Detroit Casino for losing $674K...

Yep, you heard right. Guy walks into Motor City Casino in Detroit, loses close to $674,000 and is now attempting to sue based on some obscure Michigan Law dating back to 1827...

This is just one of those stories where you would love to go upto the guy and kick him in the nuts as hard as you can...I really hope this gets thrown out. Imagine the precident this could set if he wins (which won't happen).

What an idiot!!! He doesn't need to be kicked in the nuts he needs to be beaten unmercifully.

The casino will probably pay him $50k to get him to drop the nuisance lawsuit, and his lawyer will get $25k or so (his cut + expenses). All as part of a confidential settlement, of course.

Read the last 2 comments - from the lawyer. Hits the nail on the head what's wrong with this country today.

Didn't a former own of the Phillies or Eagles lose the team b/c of his gambling debts. About 8-10 years ago? I think he tried suing the casino, didn't turn out too well for him.
