Sons of Anarchy
Sons of Anarchy
I tried to dig up an old thread on this but couldn't find it. Anyway, did any of you guys (or gals) happen to catch the Season 2 premier last night?
Great stuff, even though we are only 1 season deep, I would probably rank this up there with one of my favorite shows of all times.
Henry Rollins is the perfect addition as an antagonist/neo-****... It will be hard for FX to top the Shield, but they are well on their way with this show.

I agree. Opie's bike especially. I am not a motorcycle guy by any means, but they seem to drive some pretty unappealing bikes for being a bad *** Harley club. You would think for all the guns they are pushing from Ireland and Russia they would be able to afford nicer rides. I guess the economy is hitting everyone pretty hard these days, even TV dramas.
My Wife and I are addicted to the show. We love it. You bet your *** we watched last night!
About the bikes. The bikes are awesome IMO. They are almost all Harley Dyna models. (Superglides, Superglide Sports, etc. I happen to ride a Superglide Sport or FXDX) The style of bike they ride is directly taken from the Frisco Hell's Angels bikes. They often rode FXR's with the small fairings, mid controls and 2 into 1 pipes for performance. The bikes are built for function over fashion. The show didn't just invent the bike style.

That is what the network guy at HD told me.
His follow on statement, as close to a quote as I can recall :
