I am making tremendous progress with my condition. Very seldom have any morning heel pain now. Left foot is still stiff in the morning but no heel pain. I can't pretend I am well yet. I have reaggravated this injury twice so far because I thought I was 100%. I have been dealing with this problem since February.

Pick Up Man,
It was an old pair of Vans that got me in trouble (I don't skate either). I walked about 30 miles in one weekend in an old pair of Vans and that is how I got myself in trouble with my left foot. I have a replacement pair of black Vans that are pretty comfortable. I use orthotics in all my shoes. My folks have a mail carrier uniform business so I bought a pair of mail man boots from them for work. They are okay I guess. Cant remember the brand name right now.

All you guys with the bad feet: Good Luck. I hope you all can make a good recovery like I am making. It makes a difference everyday.

TonyM.

Back from the deep abyss I see. As I read back on this thread pain is shooting up my feet right this minute.

I just don't know what I do, guess its doctor time.
