Ted Kennedy dead..

40 years too late. If he would have died 40 years ago, Mary Jo Kopechne, might still be alive. Interesting that in all the stories I have read so far, here name is not mentioned. She was just a young woman that died in an auto accident.

Everyone on news radio here in Michigan is painting him out as the last of the "old school liberals" with National Healthcare Reform being his last great contribution. Personally, I think he should've been convicted of a Felony and never should have been allowed to run for Public Office. Here's to you Teddy, I hope someone finds Mary Jo's family and conducts an interview on how they feel about his passing, but I doubt that will ever happen...

my bet is the stooge we have as the POTUS will us this to push the health care takeover. lets glorify the guy and call it the kennedy bill and because of his almost 50 years of service to his country, it must go thru.

i wonder if they will have to ebalm him or if hes already preserved with the amount of alcohol he disposed of?

can some one start a dead teddy joke thread?

I wonder which parasite Kennedy is going to move back to Massachusetts to squat in his Senate seat for another 50 years. What a bunch of lemmings that live up in that place.....

he really represented what is wrong with all the rich liberals, him and all that are like him ie: hollywood celebrities. they have theirs and sit there and demand the rest of us that are trying to get by and do a little better thru hard work give some of what we got to those that have no ambition or are here illegally. he wanted the playing field leveled as long as no one tried to remove any bricks from his castle. from what they say he was a very vile bitter individual that saw himself as an ellitist king. theres nothing wrong with having money and being rich. theres nothing wrong with thinking others should have more, and in that case give it to them out of your own pocket or give them the opportunity to achieve it (fairly).

I was glad to see that after they announced his death this morning on the local news they mentioned Mary Jo and showed old news footage of the crash seen saying he had hoped to one day become President but that "Incident" ruined his chances. At least they did talk about it but it pissed me off that they called it "AN INCIDENT".

Yes, Teddy, Burn in HELL... I thought he'd never die.

That's exactly what the radio said this morning, word for word...
