Robert Johnson?

Elvis?

Jeff Buckley?

Jim Morrison?

Lots of guys taken too early.

Very first thought was SRV. Had been through the worst of his addictions, cleaned up and was ready to put it all out there again. Very sad when he passed. John Lennon, George Harrison, Buddy Holly...

Lots of guys who passed early...Cobain, Morrison, Bon Scott....I don't know if there influence would have been so much had they not passed away. Don't mean to sound morbid, and I'm not happy that any of them are gone, I just don't think some of their legacies would be as they are today had they continued, then faded off as a burned out rock star. I am a Nirvana fan, but even bigger Foo Fighters fan. Some were made for short bursts of lightning to make us listen and influence our lives for a period of time. All are missed, just some more than others.
