Oh yeah, I have heard about that nonsense.

All I can say is I hope EVERY member of congress is unemployed after their respective elections.

 

Crazy story. It's her money though and she can spend it how she wants.

Congress, on the other hand, is spending OUR money and cannot spend it how they want, without consequences.

 

Best point yet ! People will complain about what people spend on conspicuous consumption, but won't call their congress critter when they give their tax money to foreign banks by the billion.
