The only issue I'd have is the insurance. It hasn't been insured (or driven) for the past year, which is required for the program, but the wording is such that you can get record of a year's coverage to show coverage.

I tried calling the program, but I'll die before actually getting a hold of someone. Good for the Obama health care plan.
