The youtube vid had over 1.6 million views and it was just put up yesterday. I loved one of the comments earlier on it that went something like "What is miley cyrus doing in a sewer?" .

It is a group of worms that bundled together because of the lack of soil. Somehow they got into the sewer system. They usually live by ponds or something.

 

That vid was taken about 10 minutes from my place.

Squirt is essentially correct, but they aren't worms, it's a collection of stuff called bryozoans.

I've seen some crazy sewer video in my time in the environmental business... that's pretty crazy. LOL!
