Every 4th of July, since I started working in my profession, this being my 22nd, is basically 24Hrs,nonstop work for the 3rd & 4th! I work for a nice New England Town that happends to have the Oldest & Biggest 4th of July Parade in our countries history! There will be approx. 1/2 million visitors for the 3rd & 4th Festivities! The sights are incredible, kinda like Mardi-Gras!!!

 

Heading up to our place in the mountains, with our best friends... Golf, hiking, cards, good eats... Cant wait!

im driving to louisiana to check on my grandpa, hoping hes out of the hospital again by then. and i guess see the rest of the family.

hmm, welp last I heard Captain told me he put me off for the night. So either gonna mess around and end up on the lake. But being lil man is still very small we might end up staying grounded and watchin them.

Thumbs up on getting drunk and lighting fireworks last time I did that we didn't get the rod all the way in the ground and she fell over before it launched.

Poor bubba he was a good dog. Just got in the way of a lil drunkin fireworks that night..

 

Probably heading down to Grand Isle, do a little fishing then have a fish fry. Also we'll probably get some fresh shrimp and fry them up too! Great to live in South Louisiana. This will be on the 3rd, Sat. the 4th will be the barbecue day!

 

Dad's birthday is the 4th so pretty much the usual, golf, picnic, and fireworks.
