I ride a Ronix Ibex 139 with Relic boots.

I get pulled behind a humble '83 Bayliner, or a 85 Checkmate Excalibur (by far my favorite, has gorgeous lines).

I ride a Hyperlite Byerly board (see pics). I have since changed the bindings to Hyperlite Spin. Only 1 season under my belt so far. Now I don't have a boat anymore and my buddy sold his so.....

Please don't laugh too hard. I'm still a beginner.

ive been riding for 7 years now and i was terrible for the first 2. i was way intimidated to even attemp jumping, let alone even riding switch. ive learned u just gotta go for it, and the worst that happens is you eat **** and u end the day with a gnarly headache

I definitely know what the headaches are all about. I have wiped pretty hard still trying to get good at riding switch.

Any correlation between snowboarding and wake boarding? I'm an accomplished snowboarder.

ya slamming forward when riding switch make you wanna scream !

and yes if your good as snowboarding or even surfing youll pick up wakeboarding quickly for sure. the whole trick is to be comfortable on the board, which most people arent when they first got on.

It's been about 3 or 4 years since the last time I went. Hopefully I'll get to do it sometime this summer.
