Question Is this big????

I signed up for an appartment near montreal (5 minuts - no traffic).

The living room is: 31' x 14'
The dining room is: 12' x 14'
Bedroom: 14' x 11'
Master Bed: 20' x 13'
Bathroom: 13' x 14'
Storage room, I guess: 7' x 6.5'

I have a long 35' hall way
but the kitchen is rather small, I don't know the measurments yet! I have plenty of closet space and big windows. The floors are hardwood and ceramic for the bathroom and kitchen...

People tell me it's big and that 445 per month I shouldn't complain! Which I'm not
I guess this is a rant thread for me because I'm so excited and I just can't hide it.. uhoh?

I'll take some pictures and make a model of what colors to use and decoration, etc... My first home decore project! I hope I can pull it off! Where can I buy black lights and black paint LOL And mirrors for the ceiling? oh and fluffy ***** on the doorways yes!

*SMACK* okay I'm back!... Thanks

Unless my calculations are way off, Steve, your apartment has about 1200 sq. feet of living space. That's a really decent size for a 2-bedroom if it were down here in Atlanta. The price sounds great, too!

Check for any faded chalk marks on the floor. Otherwise good score!

Hey man, I just got back from Canada a few days ago. I went on a fishing trip NE of Winnipeg. I was wondering, I saw a lot of nice trucks, but they all had big stickers on the back window. Is that something that's in style there, or was it just a coincidence? Canada is great, the women are HOT!

If it's just for you, it's big. If it's for you and 6 others, it's small.

THanks... I've never really been in an apartment before except one time like 3 years ago? No this isn't a crack house it's cheap because it's off the island of Montreal.

Oh, that explains the price then.

I'm sure it would cost much more if it was on dry land.

Dude, that's totally cheap, I had a crackhouse apartment at 12th and Main in Vancouver, it was $700 a month - and it was 600 sq ft.

I'd be on it, provided it doesn't stink. think of all the money you save, you can get going up to Tremblant all the time!

Eph, that noise you heard when you opened the door was not it's hinges squeaking. Listen more closely next time and you'll hear "GET OUT!"

Oh God No! Not a comment like the one above LOL...

Someone died in the apartment 3 years ago. Well not in it but on his way to the hospital so I guess I'm safe LOL Besides one stinker from me and Ghosts will run away unless they can't smell anything which in that case they will hear me and run off. Unless they can't hear anything and in that case, when they see my face turn red and butt cheaks flairing they will run most likely also
