Well i made out awesome on this deal. The adjuster came out and said the car was totaled and that state farm would get back to me with some numbers. so i get a call this morning and they told me the options. If they were to keep the car they would give me 2396 and if i keep the car they give me 2301. I was totally shocked with this price for a 1991 Crown Vic with prior body damage. So all turned out well and thanks to all the people that helped me on this plus they didnt even give me a salvage title

Your sister-in-law is going to buy this stuff for you our of her insurance money?

Their deduction for salvage was a "we don't want it, please keep it" amount.

Yeah, seriously. The deduction is less than the scrap value of the car.
