last year they changed the mandatory age to retire from the airlines as a pilot from 60 to 65. guess it didnt work out to good for this guy.

there are exceptions but i think most 65 year olds dont have what it takes to do the job. i know a few pilots over 60 that are good and sharp but a whole lot more that need to retire.
