Cool Mountain Bikers, anyone?

Hi all! AS some of you know I used to hit the trails with my truck, I loved to get it dirty and such.

But now I'm using a more direct method of getting dirty LOL I go mountain biking. I bought a dual suspension bike and I love riding down the mountain trails with this thing! I was way out of shape, I had trouble at first just biking down the street. But now I see my self doing more and more biking with out runing out of breath!

It feels good to do some outdoor sports. I'm buying a Kayak this summer if I can and I'm going to go Kayaking in New Brunswick!

To all big couche potatoes (No harm intented) Try going out for a walk or a bike ride... It feels good and gets you back into shape. I am also planning of going back into my Judo Ju-Jitsu lessons for next summer...

Take care

Cool

Mtn biking is the best, been into it for a long while now. I even bike to work 9 days out of 10, as there is a trail system that i can take to get here, and we have showers.

I got a Swagman 4 bike carrier, see http://www.swagman.net , and it's great for getting from the plains of Alberta to the Rocky Mountains for some weekend getaways.

I'm all pumped to ride after work already!
