Wow.... I don't know what I'd do to the owner of the construction company.... what ever it would be, they would never want to do that again.

My brother in law built houses in San Antonio for awhile. The company he worked for gave him plans and said go build this house at this address. He did and even had several meetings with the buyers about the construction. He finished the house and when they went to close, the builder found out he didn't own the lot. The folks that owned it were from out of state and bought it to build and retire on. They refused to sell the lot and the builder had no choice but to give them the home....free and clear. That was a costly mistake as it was in the ritzy part of SA.

FYI, The Census Bureau is using GPS technology to help conduct the 2010 Census. How many problems do you for see happening??

unreal... a few phone calls probably could have avoided the whole thing.. he will get a new house and hopefully a nice cash settlement on top of that.
