Question How much should I pay for a 1999 f-150?

Hey guys how are you doing? Well actually my friend's dad is looking for a new truck. He came across a 1999 F-150 Extended cab LB 4*2 XLT(?) V-8, with bedliner, 30,000 miles, pw,pl,A/c cloth int. Automatic, has the straight sides (so is that Flareside, or what is that called?)Just curious if $17,300 is a fair price? What is? he hasen't done any negotiating yet, so just trying to get an Idea of what this is worth. I know all about mustangs but when it comes to the F-150s my education isn't the greatest. Thanks for the advice!!!

Paul
