I was going to say that the guy has some kind of obsession and needs psychiatric help---but looking at the photos again, I would say that the guys is way beyond any kind of help.

He's probably gotten plenty of professional help over the years. But there is only so much a psychiatrist and a prescription can cure.

Wow.. Um thats alotta 3M tape!. I wish i had some pics of my aunt's dads ford focus. Hes got it all chromed out and he lives out in the country somewhere. you have to know the guy though, hes a crack up.!
