Anyone's Name On Their Window Sticker?

I was looking at the window sticker for my Mustang the other day and noticed that my name is actually printed right on the sticker. I checked the sticker for my F-150 (also special ordered) and did not see it on there. Any of you guys who have special ordered your vehicles have the same thing occur? If nothing else, I guess it's kind of cool to have just in case anyone ever questions whether I was the original owner of the car......

That's pretty cool. First I've heard of something like this.

Your kidding right? You can buy a new vehicle right? SO you go to your dealer.. and have them order you one. There. Done. You just special ordered a vehicle. Special order is a misnomer. You can have your dealer order you anything you want.. as long as it is on the option list. You might have to put a deposit down.. but big deal. You can usually negotiate a better deal ordering a vehicle because the dealer doesn't have the tax costs that a vehicle does that sits on the lot.

I think he just meant that he'll most likely always buy used...

x2... I bought a new one off the lot as opposed to ordering... I don't think I would have gotten the 10K off with ordering.

I custom ordered my 99 F-150 and it came with my name on window sticker. I figured they all do (when custom ordered). Otherwise, the name of the original dealer that ordered the truck is listed.

I custom ordered my F-150 as well and my name appears nowhere on that window sticker -- just the dealer information.
