I'd have to say that you have a rare truck.

 

I have seen a black 97 with red interior and it had a grey headliner which I thought was strange. I also have seen a 97 with green interior and a 99 with denim blue interior. They are cool to see buy very rare.

 

 

Red was discontinued in '99 so it's only in '97 and '98 trucks. Even then you only get the red interior with certain exterior colors.

 

I've got the red (Cordovan) interior...

I've got the red interior as well. Grey headliner. Some days I like it, and some days I don't. The Armorall days are good ones

They should have done it the way they did my family's Lincoln back in the 70s. It had a red leather interior. Everything was red including the headliner and the steering wheel.

 

i have a grey headliner too.....i like mine when its clean but thats hardly ever

 

I have a 1992 f-150 custom. Wild strawberry paint outside, red dash, vinyl floor, cloth seats, headliner and trim inside. Dash is trimmed out in black, looks awesome with my red and black Sony Xplode sound system.
