98Super4Point2,

I'm with you, GO SPURS! Just as soon as they get past the lakers they will have the NBA Championship sewn up.

By the way, next year, with or without Chris Webber, the Kings are moving past the 2nd round!

Lakers - Don't just have to worry about Shaq and Kobe. they have excellent strong forwards in Grant and Horre (sp). Not to mention well rested guards in
Fisher (did not play first 62 games) and the other veteran that was out for part of the year.

Lakers will wear them down and win.

Robinson is too old to handle Shaq the whole series and Duncan does not have the strength.

It should be a good series but the Lakers will win.

goodbye Spurs - This team is just too "hot" right now. Shaq and Kobe and a great supporting cast are just going to be too much for anybody. If the Spurs lose the 2nd game, it's over.

Besides that, the Lakers have the 2 best players in the league in Shaq and Kobe.

Good lord, of course the Lakers. Like you can stop Shaq daddy, and Kobe. The Spurs may have beat the Mavericks, but they didn't dominate them. The Lakers will run on through them.

Next year, Mavs make the western finals, if they can get that key big man....so come on Cuban.

I hear broom sales have skyrocketed in the LA area.
Being a local I'm rooting for the Lakers of course, but I hope the Spurs make it interesting and put up a better fight in the remaining games.

man, it felt like as if the president got assasinated. everyone here is just depressed and upset. seems like no one wants to talk about the series right now. i'm more disappointed that it's not living up to all the hype everyone has been expecting. i think it will take a miracle for the spurs to pull out a win or two in l.a. would be nice though.
