Hey, quick question, want some new FX4 decals, wondering if I have to pay with PayPal or can I use another method?

No, you don't have to use paypal. When you go to the area that tells you to enter your paypal account, over to the left it will say, "don't have a paypal account?", or something of that matter. There you can use a credit/debit card.
