Is your MPG average above, right on or below EPA?

I was incredibly suprised on a recent trip to Indiana to find that even going 85 miles an hour for much of the way, I was getting about 17-19 mpg. That's in the 5.4 Liter.

Thumbs down

Mine is below on the sticker it said I'm suppose to get 15 city and 20 highway. I get around 18.8 to 19.3 highway as that was about what I was getting on my last road trip this past week I average 14 local driving that a combo of both city and highway driving. On my 96 Mustang GT it had a rateing of 17 city and 26 highway and on my road trips in that car I got 26 most of the time and every once and a while I got 27 or better my local driving was around 19 in that car. I was hopeing my truck would get about 16 local driving seeing how my old Mustang got better than city from my local driving but it gets wores than what it is suppose to get city acording to the sticker.

I am just at EPA. About 13 MPG. I got this truck because I love it and I knew it would eat some gas. I can afford it too, so that makes me feel even better.

BELOW, unless the EPA mpg was around 11.

I don't think they had my type of driving cycle in mind when they did the EPA ratings.

Just a little over 14 MPG, that is with about 60% highway and 40% city use.
