Check These Pics out.............

For us hunters, I might check into about getting one of these ground blinds. They are made of thin mirrors applied to wood.

They say that they will blend in without adding any cammo to it. I think Buckdropper needs one.

These are cool cool as smit. I'm scared that a huge buck might walk by it during the rut, and see his self in it, and attack it. What you guys think?

thats what I was thinking too. But if you had them in the woods, it might cut the glare down. I have to do some investigation on them.

Edit: If you look at the pics, the top is wider than the bottom. If the sun hits it, it will reflect the glare to the ground. Right?

^My exact thoughts. They appear to be angled downward so the sun would just go straight down into the ground.

What's the price tag on those?

Also, do you have to climb in the top to get in the things?!

No. The back opens up so you can get in. I have done some searches on these, but no luck. I got these pics in a e-mail, and the company name is , Swat Construction, Inc. I would like to know the price too. And if they make bigger ones.

Thats quite ingenious, it makes for perfect blending with the surrounding. Since the sides are angled, you dont have to worry about glare, and a buck would have to be within about 10ft to see his own reflection. If a buck gets that close, you've either been asleep or you're a horrible shot.

^^^^ Buckdropper, I knew you would like it. But I can not find a website on them. I guess, we can use their design, and make our own.

Looks simple enough to make. Plus the mirrors don't have to be glass.

wonder how bad it would be to shoot a gun in there. also, how bad if you hunt during a hotter season.

just my thoughts. it is a pretty cool idea though.

As long as the muzzle is out of the window no problem.
