I've got a friend at work that bought a Tundra last year, and he was bragging about it until his frame got bent from hauling 2000# of wood for his stove.

I've learned alot from this forums and its definitly worth every minute. It saved me $$ from learning "DIY". I wanna give a shout out to Wandall and all the other **** who has helped me out. I would definitly recommend this site to another Ford Enthusiasts
51 posts since 2004, your contributions here have been stellar. We'll try not to miss you.

The first time you try to put more than 200 lbs on the hitch (or the tailgate) you'll wish you still had your Ford.

The Tundra might be faster off the line but the Ford wins over the long haul.

Yeah, look... I generally say if you want speed, don't buy a pickup truck (although I have respect for the people that try to get a lot of power out of it, I'll probably do it, too... but I mean, cmon.... if you want speed, buy a vette).

Anyway, Tundras are nice looking... and like the commercial says, if you properly position the Tundra next to the F150 and give it the right angle, it looks bigger, too.

The sales pitch is accurate... 30+ straight years at #1 for Ford trucks in the market... and there's a reason. My uncle has a 1972 F250 still working the farm. I would love to see a Toyota around that long, let alone one that is a farm vehicle.

Now the reason I am ripping into you is you refuse to spell the word though completely and then using it three times in one thought, instead you insist on being to lazy to put the last two letters on the word so you can look like a jack ***.

I'm sorry if I offended you by not completely spelling my words.. I am sorry... Everyone has there opinion, and like I said before I will still keep my ford....

Wow, not one person flamed the OP about the fact torque is not measured with "Horses".

So, I wouldnt expect someone who doesnt know a darn thing about torque to know a damn thing about pick-up trucks.
