Talking Caution to those in St. Louis area

Just giving fair warning to you guys that you can add another one of us "crazy" drivers from Texas to the daily traffic for a little while.

I came up to work the recent hail storm in the north (Flourissant) area.

From what I can tell, most people up here don't know what a speed limit is. Everyone had to be going 40 instead of 60, or 60 instead of 40!! Is there an unpoken law here I should know about?

Anyhow, you can't miss me, big tan truck with a ladder on top of the truck and one hanging out the back. Somebody better wave at me!

If any of you guys are interested in hooking up sometime, email me adamski96@yahoo.com or if you got hail and the insurance company is trying to "screw" you, I may can be of assistance!

Adam

Thumbs up

Hello Adamski;
Welcome to the wonderfull Midwest. You are correct about some of those Mizzu drivers, some of them are crazy. If you think they are bad though, try visiting the wonderfull state of Indiana, now there are some CRAZY drivers.
There are a few members that are located in that area. Hopefully they'll give you a big F150online WAVE. Looks like you might have to keep an eye to the sky in the next few days. Weather people are saying we might have some turbulent weather comming into the area. Gotta to love the Midwest.

I'm from the Florissant area, and yes, the speed limit is not the law, it's a suggestion!

No hail damage on my truck, so I guess I won't be seeing you. Bad, bad hail, the size of lemons!

Hey, were you the guy that cut me off on 270?

Thats St. Louis just about everyone around it drives bad. They go to fast, the drive slow in the fast lane, they cut you off, they wont move over on a 4 lane to let you enter. On and On and ON. Im from the backwoods of Missouri and i dont see why every one is in a hurry to get to the next stop light or traffic jam

"WASN'T ME"

Glad to hear your truck didn't get it. I think I would freak. Fortunately I am not working the auto side. Auto appraisals are too easy for me. I never had the desire to do it. I work strictly property (i.e. Homeowners) claims. I'm the idiot you see crawling on all those roofs.

Fortunately you guys don't have the bad traffic like Houston does, but I can say that I saw more wrecks within 2 miles than I have ever seen at once in Houston. You guys really know how to wreck cars up here! Every car I saw wrecked today was a total.

I can't specify which company I am working for on a public board, but I can communicate through email. If you are from the area around St Louis and you filed a claim on your house for hail damage, email me and let me know what company you're with. I'd hate to miss out on meeting some decent people up here!

Take Care!

I thought I saw everything til I went to Columbus,Ohio. People there would make left turns from the far right lane, without no warning whatsoever.lol
You'd be driving along, about to overtake another car,and it would suddenly veer across two lanes in front of you and turn left.... Cops TV show style,hehehe.,,,,,,98

I've been to St. Louis before, didn't seem that bad...Hmmm
