DSL ?
Im going to be moving into Winter Park FL in the middle of May and was wondering if somebody from that area could recommend a good DSL provider or a cable modem provider.

Ive been in the ISP business for 3 years.
Cable your most likely only going to have 1 provider so go with what you can.
As for DSL i recommend COVAD.COM
They are expensive but legit, and their not going out of business anytime soon.

Go to www.DSLReports.com and check out their provider ratings for the area. Although DSL is in the name, it's really just a broadband site. Cable and satellite discussions are encouraged.
