I haven't been to Vegas since 01', but when I was there, I went to a place called Dream Car Rentals and rented a Dodge Viper They had many different types of vehicles to rent. It was a blast cruising the strip and heading out to Lake Mede in the Viper.

 

If your married or have a girl I suggest not taking any other chicks with you if you go.

EDIT: Even if they are her best friend.

 

Bunny Ranch. Request Coco.

 

Hoover Dam. The $35 tour, it's worth the extra money.
Grand Canyon. It's a 5 hour drive but totally worth it if you have never been there.
The buffet at the Bellagio. Wow.
Check out Freemont street. It's more fun than then strip in my opinion.
While you are there, see the chunk of gold in the back of the Golden Nugget.
