My Girlfriend let me borrow her 1995 ford tourus the other day. And when i was driving it it almost seems like there is a loose washer on the other side of the dash thats vibrating and shaking its really annoying. But today i took most the dash apart and tightened every bolt and screw i could find and its still making the noise. Is there anything anyone can think of that the noise might be.
