Here's the scene: Ford Ranger ('96, 2WD) was leaving a parking lot after talking to his buddy who drives a 2000 Dodge 3500 4WD Quad Cab.
The Ranger stops at the end of the driveway and waits for traffic to clear. The Dodge is right behind him, stops as well.
The driver of the Dodge thinks that the Ranger is leaving the driveway and starts to take off, striking the Ranger at 5MPH.
Ranger damage: pax side rear bumper, pushed bed into cab area, shattered rear window, driveable.
Ram damage: dvr side front bumper, dvr side hood, destroyed radiator, fan, belts and pulleys - towed from scene.

The small Ford wins the battle. The Dodge driver couldn't escape the jokes and harassment from the cops to the wrecker driver.
