Post Old Bronco or Old Landcruiser

After I sell my truck I'll need a beater to drive on my days off. I either want an early bronco or Landcruiser.

Any one out there able to help with the search? I want to spend as close to 3,000 as possible and it should be driveable.

Thumbs up

Get an Early Bronco. Almost all of them had V8's and parts are available everywhere. The Landcruiser needs the Chevy 350 conversion to get V8 power. My .02 cents.

I would also say get an early bronco. You can pick on up around here for less than $1000 usually. Only problem is that it might be kinda beat but still runable or just need some slight work to fix it. If you spend some more money you could find a pretty nice one.

My 2 cents worth

If you're gonna stroke it, POWERSTROKE IT!!!

Cool

Have to go against the Bronco theme. The early 80's FJ-60 Landcruiser are a fantastic bargain. You might even find some with Ch**y V8's. The inline 6 are strong and dependable.
You could probably do some shopping on AutoTrader.com and find some later model Landcruisers in excellent condition.

Sorry guys, my opinion.
