ATV question
Alright so last year trail riding (i ride hard so keep that in mind) I side swiped a fallen tree and I hit my rim just right well it bent it ever so slightly in this one area. I've beat and beat on this sucker here in the past few days and can't get it to hold air in the tire any longer. The tire is getting bald but the rim is the reason it doesn't hold air. I had some slime green stuff inside the tire and it worked till here recently. Plain and simple bent rim so it won't hold any air.
So I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get some stock rims for cheap or aftermarket rims for cheap. I'm talking $30 bucks a rim at most. I don't care how ugly they look chrome whatever. I ride a 1993 Yamaha Big Bear 350 4x4 so it really doesn't matter what they look like. Also anybody have any idea where i can get cheap mud tires as well. Idc about durability i dont ride a whole lot. I'd just like to fix some things on the quad so i don't have to fiddle around with stuff like this when i ride.
On atv rims are all bolt 4 bolt patterns the same? Like my front rims are 12x6.5 so if I find a 12x6.5 rim is it going to clear the lugs? Or are they like trucks where mine are 5x135 and new style trucks are 5x5.5. I haven't seen anything like that on any site i have been too. I've tried denniskirk and a few others but can't find any plain jane rims. Thanks for any help!

Farm and fleet is a good place. Check out Craigslist also. Where are you in Indiana? Near Attica by chance? The Badlands usually has a bulletin board full of for sale stuff. Also I'm not sure but I dont think all 4 bolt patterns are the same.
And yea the badlands is like an hour and a half away. I live right between Evansville and Terre Haute. Hour either way.
I've searched ebay and found nothing. The big problem is its old for one and its a big bear. I mean the thing has ran good for as hard as i ride it but appearance wise it's not much to look at and I'd like to cheaply get it looking decent again so it don't look so much like a beater.
I was on Yamaha OEM site and they wanted $200+ dollars for that stock rim. Forget that I'm looking to pay less than that for 4 rims if i have to go with a different style.
Keep checking craigslist. Something will pop up. Find a site that lists the lug pattern for all ATV's so when something for an Arcitc Cat or Kawasaki, etc., pops up you know what will fit and what wont.
ETA: use google to seach for "atv lug patterns"

My 02 King Quad's bolt pattern was different for their front and rear. So not only are different models and makes have different lug patterns, sometime the front and rear are different on the same bike.
Well on like rockymountain and denniskirk i put in my model make and year so if its not right thats their fault, correct? I can get 4 new rims and tires off rockymountainatv for $419 with shipping. I choose the Kenda Bear Claw tire. Looked fairly aggressive and the price was nice. Going to shop around on the tire choice. I always loved the Swamp Lite but at 350cc thats going to bog the machine down so much it wouldnt be fun to ride anymore. I would buy a new atv but honestly i don't spend enough time riding to spend that much money a new atv.I just want to put the thing back into commision.
It may be easier to have your bent rim repaired. There are a few places around here that can do this and you would not know the difference from a new one after you splash it with some paint. I had some Corvette Ralley wheels for an old Nova done a while back. Steel wheels were about 50 bucks if I remember correctly.
It has been my experience that nothing for an ATV is cheap. If I tried to build my 2007 Grizzly 700 from parts it would cost me $30,000 dollars.
I would not chince out on tires either unless you enjoy repairing flats and being stranded in the middle of nowhere. I would get a 6 ply tire for the peace of mind. I ride in mud and rocks and I have seen too many guys out on the trail sitting there with a flat wondering what to do next.
