Don't ever buy a bulldog remote start/keyless entry kit. Stupid thing starts by itself and sometimes the alarm goes off when I open the door. Called them and they said to hook this wire up to another wire to turn off the alarm when I use the keyless entry. Supposed to hook the red w/black strip wire up to this this dark green w/purple stripe wire in the driver side kick panel. Found a purple w/dark green stripe wire so I hooked it up to that one. That didn't work. If you can find a dark green w/purple stripe wire in the driver side kick panel on a 97 or 98 f150 please let me know where it's at.

Go get a Clifford or DEI. I have the Clifford Solaris, and it works great. I have never had any problems with it!
