Just made a thread about this. Adopted Tia this past Saturday.

https://www.f150online.com/forums/ge...my-family.html

She's part Siberian Husky and part wolf. She's extremely gentle and has really warmed up to me. I think she knows I rescued her. An absolute sweetheart.

I truly believe that rescued animals make better pets. They really seem to understand what you did for them and they spend their entire life showing their appreciation.

Before adopting her I wouldn't have known what you were talking about. Now I agree 110%. The past two days I've taken naps with her in the room with me. My roommates have opened my door to let her out since they were there, but she didn't leave the room until I woke up and left it myself. She is extremely loyal after being with me for only three days.

So, Not to stray to much from the photo's, but we have officially adopted a Border Collie Cross (German Shepard), I didn't feel this way about Levi our Chihuahua, but I think I love this dog, and she's not even home yet, as we don't get her for possibley up to 10 days, cause she's finishing of a 'heat'.. Could be sooner.

As I walked around our SPCA, I actually found myself a little heart sore for all the animals in there. There's not much of a chance all of them will be getting out of their alive.. I don't regret our Chihuahua, but I really feel we should have adopted, just to save one more.

I actually had to shake myself out of the trans, as I could feel tears. I have never found myself the type to do that, I didn't even get teared up watching Marley and me, as all I saw was a dog that just needed a little bit of disipline.

Don't tell the girlfriend.

Congratulations! That border collie will love you forever. I have one back at home with my mother and she's extremely intelligent.

I'm with you on feeling heartsore for the animals that most likely won't be adopted. It's terrible.

That's how my Roxy is. She follows me around the house and lays down beside me as close as she can every time I stop moving.

Meet Kane.

He just turned 1 year old on Apr. 22 09. Just like his name implies he likes to cause a little trouble....

The wife doesnt like him, but she doesnt have to. She seems to think if it came to her or the dog it would be her....shhhhh...dont tell...
