Angry Photopoint.com

This may seem like a pretty trivial complaint but what in the wide world of sports is going on at Photopoint.com!? Why the h&ll did they change their format? It worked just fine before. I had to click through ten different pages just to change the name of a freakin' album. You can only view a certain number of thumbnails at once unless you click on another icon to view the whole thing. Now pictures take twice as long to upload and twice as long to transfer between albums. They took away the "Quick Login" feature and now it takes four or five pages before I can even view my album list! I thought making a site more "User Friendly" meant it's easier to use! Ah well, at least it's free.

I agree. I hate the new format also. Have to click 2 or 3 more times just to get the dam link.

I agree. I miss the quick log in. I had to retrieve my password and change it to something so I could remember it now. Sucks.

Lets all email them and complain.

Not only that but that Smashcast movie system cannot be viewed by anyone I send them to. I can view them when I send them to myself but no one else can. Not in Explorer nor in Netscape. Not in Mac OS, Windows nor Linux (no suprise).

I don't mind it. For quick login, click on the My Photopoint tab. Same thing

Not exactly the same works for the day but if you cut your computer off each day like I do then you have to go through full log in every day at least one time. With quick log in it did the complete log in for you.

Now I take that back. Today it's working. Yesterday it wasn't.

However when I send Smashcast movies to everyone they still cannot see them and Customer support has not answered me back on this continuing problem.
