Get healed soon! Take the percocets. They will give you better hallucinations! But don't drive while you take them, and only take what the Dr. ordered, not more! OH, and P L E N T Y of water! And, if you can, some Green Tea, but no more than 4 cups per day. It has anti-oxidants in it that will help you heal faster. Hey, you didn't know you had a Mom in another state did ya?? LOL

I guess you will have to get a chauffeur for a few days!

Percocet, when used responsibly, has got to be one of the best painkillers out there.

I suffer from bouts of chronic back pain and I've had painkillers from Tylenol 3 to morphine. Percocet has the least side effects for me. I just take one pill instead of the two I'm allowed to take and it's just enough to take the pain level down to where I can tolerate it without impairing my brain function.

It's really interesting. I tried taking percocet when I wasn't in pain and it knocked me out. When I'm in acute pain, it deadens the pain, yet my brain function appears to be unaffected. I'm still awake and alert.

Gotta admit though. A shot of demerol puts a silly grin on my face!

Talking

Well, I have the '97 version of your truck but w/the auto so I'll trade you!
Be careful w/the Percocets as Claudia said. They are really bad news - I'm a Pharmacy Tech so I know what I'm talking about. Definitely don't do both - beer/Percocets because you can have serious complications.
I sure hope you feel better soon - take it easy for a few days & you will be back to your old self in no time! Actually, you'll be feeling BETTER than your old self!
