Question Is there any difference?

I just bought my second ford about a month ago, and i am the second owner. The truck was originally sold in Canada. Is the any difference between my truck and one exactly the same sold in the U.S.? I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't, but I was just curious. Any info. would be appreciated.

Thanks
John

Question

I had heard that the Canada trucks had Daytime runnings lights and US did not.

They used to be Mercury Trucks in Canada. Odd, but cool if you've seen one. Check the link.
