Which carrier is that, does anyone know. I walked the deck of the Enterprise that was decommissioned about 15 years ago, and it was huge. This one must be in the Class of the Reagan. That is a monster

The number on it is 67. Is that the same as CV67. If so it would be the Kennedy. Correct?

Edit: After some googling it looks like that is the USS John F. Kennedy.

My little brother is about to go to San Diego for deployment on the USS Ronald Reagan.

If you go to PBS.com and search "carrier" they have a 10 part series on life aboard a deployment on a carrier. It looks like it sucks for the most part.

I do like that they have a straight flight deck, should make it easier for pilots if they bolter. Gives them a little more running room to get back in the air.
