watch out for veterans and gun owners

this is amazing. they can put out this type of profiling but cant profile real threats.

maybe they are worried that returning vets will see that the country that they swore to protect and defend is not the country that they saw the last time that they were home or what it was before they left.

in another article it describes how background checks for permits are way up. should the government be concerned? are they worried about an overthrow to prevent their socialist agenda?

When a man joins the Armed Services and goes to basic training, from the day he is issued his first M-16. He is taught everything there is to know about that rifle. He is taught that it is his best friend. In the field, he'll eat and sleep with it. It is also the most enjoyable shooting rifle that I have had the pleasure of firing. I can still [after being out of the military for over 25 years] disassemble it, clean it, and put it back together blindfolded. But most of all , you are taught to respect it. When that is drilled into you, why would you not want to own one when you get out of the service.
My first issue was actually a fully automatic AR15. The barrel was warped on it. A Drill Sergeant thought I didn't know how to shoot the first time on the range,he jumped in the hole with me and took my rifle and began firing it. I proudly say, I got another one issued to me when we got back to the Armory
We have Sunday school teachers packing dead children in suit cases and other crazy killings going on in the USA right now. I think a very small percentage of crime is actually committed by a Vet.

I think our Secretary of Homeland Security should apologize immediately. How dare she equate all vets to the Timothy Devae.....But god Bless her lets continue frisking blonde 10 year olds at the airport. They obviously are right wing, conservative, ex-veterans, terrorist.....that support anti-abortion laws.

Yet another Obama appointee that has life and bull chips confused. This is what happens when you elect an idiot to run the country. Obama has never run a gas station and his stupidity is showing by appointing morons like this one. I would settle for nothing less than her replacement. This is not Gestapo Germany and I am GREATLY OFFENDED as a Veteran. The wench needs to go away and never hold a public office again. I now see that the folks that I thought were a little nutz and wanting Obamas impeachment are now more informed than I am.

I can't wait for Texas to become it's own Nation.

If Texas were to become its own nation, although I don't think it will happen, I would move immediately.

Texas will need desalinization plants. The population boom would also lead to immigration laws.

Yeah watch out!
I had a pretty fulfilled enlistment.

But working at the prison has made me more intuned to the coruption of society.
I for one feel if a murderer or rapist or plenty of other criminals are locked up they should eat, sleep and poo and thats it...
At the NCDOC if an inmate don't like an officer or a policy all they have to do is contact a external lawyer and boom just like that the officer is gone and the policy is changed to accomdate him better.

The hell with NC we need an eradication here.

if comments or statements like that were made towards a minority group the world would come to a stop. msnbc and cnn would be outraged. as a veteran i am outraged i am sure right along with most other veterans, however in the grand scheme of things with the loser we have in charge it wont matter.

Why is everyone outraged? I think they hit the nail on the head. (BTW, I am what they call a radical right-winger) I'm tired of being pushed around. So are alot of other people. Thats why the "Tea Parties" were great. They were grassroots. No real leader. I think it will be just a matter of time until a leader emerges and pushes people with core beliefs to fight back. BTW, Wont the gun owners win? Since the other half doesnt believe in gun rights? Anyway, The gov't is scared. And with good reason.

Also, Funny how the "Great Uniter" Divides us even more.

What is funny is most Democrats are enemies of the Republic, yet some do not even realise it or admit it. This report coming out 2 days before the tea parties was nothing but a scare tactic.

It didn't work.
