Out with the old, in with the new(er)

She had been wanted to get into a new/newer car for a while, so we finally narrowed it down and just finished signing the paperwork literally an hour ago. It's pretty loaded - v6 SEL with heated leather, moonroof, power everything, 6 disc, only 30k on the ticker. Originally we priced out a new with the 0%/72 but this made a lot more sense $ wise.

I don't have any actual pictures taken yet, but a few dealer photos:

All in all it's a great car. Real quiet, rides nice and has way more options luxury-wise than I'd ever need. She deserves it and we got a good price on it. Just thought I'd share since I'm proud to have another blue oval sitting in the driveway now

congrats! i felt the same way. we got rid of a 95 cavalier and got her
a new 09 se with the sport package. only an I4 fwd but seems like a real nice car so far......that is when she lets me drive it! LOL The only thing
mine did not come with was the reverse sensors, which this car needs in my opinion. no point of reference with the high lid out back. nice car none the less!

With all the money you saved on that skidplate, I would've sprung for the new one.

Just messin' around. Congrats to you and the wife man, looks like a pretty sweet ride. Enjoy.

Don't laugh - I sprayed it last night and was going to mount it tonight until I remembered I don't have the hardware

I completely forgot with everything going on. Oh well... maybe tomorrow.

And thanks for the praise everyone - I'll let her know my ford brothers approve

Pretty sure they are 10mm bolts. There are 6 of them but I only put 4 in, because it's so much easier to just take off the skid plate to change out the oil filter, rather than reaching up from underneath. That's why I only put 4 in.
