Ok Guy , I just thought I'd let you know . Check you bank account daily . This just happen to me this afternoon . I called Beach Body (home of P90x )about ordering more after workout drink . Which is great BTW . Anyway , this guy took my order and my card number . And I was on my way . A few hours later . My wife calls asking about our checking account. It showed the p90x debit of 49.72 . then 7mins later a debit of 257.84 to Sprint . Which, We do not have an account. To make a long story short . after a couple of calls I had my card cancelled . Customer service is great at BeachBody . they were able to give the guys name . and Sprint Verified that person did make a payment with the last 4 numbers of my card . How stupid can you be .!! Has this happen to anyone else? I'm gussing he'll be in the unemployment line tomorrow. when I wife sents all the needed info from my bank and sprint records .

 

have you done the p90x workout program?? how do you like it...recommend it or no?

 

Update! My wife just called .And she was able to send our info to beach body . She was told that upper management walk the guy out . she said it was a young guy. And, they would have never thought he would have do that . Can you take legal action on someone that does that?

 

I've been on it for 5 weeks . And yes , I love it . its great . I'd definatly recommend it . I was unsure at frist . But , I looked it up on youtube. I was sold then I had to try it . Youtube has just everyday joes that have been thru it with great results. Those infomercials can be doctored but youtube sealed the deal for me . Check it out . As far as easy ? No its not but if you give it your all and do the diet program you'll get great results . I was 200 lbs heaviest ive ever been . Now im 186 . And getting more defined . The wife likes the results too.

Yes, speak with a lawyer. Either the company is liable or the actual employee, most of the time businesses have provisions in place to not be liable when an employee does something illegal against a customer.

 

well at least it seems like beach body is doing what they can to make things right. if you get your money back and the employee gets canned then you win.

 

Yeah i was about to say the same thing. Crossfit is the real deal. I know a ton of Marine and Air Force bases have crossfit gyms
