Post Rusty

I just purchased the Mac cold air induction kit for my stang. While looking the kit over, I noticed some rusting inside the tubing. Should I return the kit and checkout the next one before I walk out with it? Should I be concerned about the rust, or should I just get some rust remover and have at it? I really don't want to put a rusted tube on my engine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Really, show the dealer the rust when you take it in. If it rusts that bad on the shelf, imagine how it will do out in the weather,Take it back!!,,,,98
