Cool What to do in Long Beach?

Buisness was slow in Appleton, WI, so the company sent me to Long Beach, CA to help out here!! Only about a 70 degree temp differential! Anyway I am looking for some things to do in the afternoons after work. I get off at 3:30 and would like some ideas on places to go and things to see. I will be here for at least two more weeks. Thanks for any advice.

You might try hitting the sports bars and restaurants on Second St. That part of town is usually jumping every night.
If I think of anything else I'll let you know.

Cool

Well I like the Peterson auto museum suggestion, we are going to check that out. Have already gone to the Hard Rock in Hollywood and the city walk and went to Disneyland with the wife and son on Sunday. Just looking for things to do that are unique to this area, don't know when I will make it back out here, and would like to check out the area. Probably going to go to a Kings or Mighty Ducks Hockey game next week. Possibly catch an XFL game too. Anybody know when the LA International auto show is? That would be cool to go to.
Jeff
