Higher Taxes....Coming Up !

Now it is REALLY an egregious mistake to live in a Democratically-controlled state.

Glad to say it will not be as bad in the future in beautiful, sunny Georgia.

8 of the 10 states are (D).

Yeah, what's a state income tax? In Texas, we are already capped on the property and sales taxes the state can charge us. It is based on a percentage instead of a fixed figure. The bad news is they may just keep our property values high and not adjust them back. After that, the State has to figure out how to balance the budget. Around here, the gimme programs will be cut first along with BS stuff like the "Performing Arts" which is nothing more than mariachis that walk around the different markets and a few symphonies. It should get interesting. Texas had a surplus not long ago. I have no idea if we still have one. Just say "toll roads or state income tax" and yer life as a Texas politician can change over night. I have heard though, that the State is seriously considering putting a maximum of welfare a person can get in a lifetime. I think they are looking at 8 years max and then yer outa luck.....in Texas anyway.

I live in TN that doesn't have an income tax--->unless you save your money. I had to pay "unearned" income tax (like what's the diff?) It was only $21 but that's not the point.

TN draws people here because of the no income tax, well if you are old or save your money don't move here, you will be taxed on your savings.

Look up the Hall Tax
