Post Bowed Flareside Bed

I have a 1999 Ext Cab Flareside. When I bought it it seems I overlooked a few things. Most are minor but one thing that is odd is the bed rails appear to be bowed out in the center above the wheel wells when looking from the rear of the truck into the bed.
Is this normal?

While I'm thinking I'll be doing a Herculiner paint in bed liner, if I decide to get a traditional bedliner will the bowed rails affect how the liner fits in?

Thanks
Rob

Its normal and a Duraliner drop-in fits like a glove. I have one under a Snuglid and everything works just fine.

------------------
'99 F150 SC, 4x2, Oxford white, flareside, 5.4,
bodyside mouldings, Snuglid hard tonneau, airbox and fresh air mods.
Duraliner drop-in (gave up on the Penda Nascar). Gibson Supertruck. Ford 2-piece bra. Catch-All floor mats. Image tail light covers. B-Quiet sound dampener in rear of cab. **** pile rug protecting spare tire (Raoul made me enter this)
No door cracks yet at 13K!!!
