Post Im back :)

Remember fast46triton? Well, heh, fast got a 2001 Ford F150 with the 5.4l! Say goodbye to the screaming 4.6l and hello to the blazing 5.4l V8. One question. The K&N Airfilter in the 99' 4.6l, will that work in the 2001 5.4l? Or will I have to buy a new one?

fast54triton, welcome back! I have one thing to ask. When some hotshot posts here about his 'fast' 4.6, you will leave'em alone and not goad him.

Remember, we all tolerated you for years!

Welcome back....Good to see you around agian. Good Choice with the 5.4L in the new truck. Looks like Raoul might have to order a F150 with the V10 now to keep up with the guy next door.....

By the way...your regular K&N filter will fit in your 5.4L just fine. On the intake housing..there is a sticker with 4.6L/5.4L on it...indicating dual usage.

Have fun with the new ride when it comes in!!

Hey Fast,

Welcome back, it's about time we saw you around here again!

Congrats on your new truck, and watch out for Raoul. I heard he made arrangements for your truck to be built a little slower.
